Fairytale Mount Vernon Country Club Wedding
Rachel and Michael celebrated their wedding at Mount Vernon Country Club with an earlier church ceremony. It was an honor to film the day of this sweet couple. Their wedding is filled with special moments including the bride’s arrival in a limousine and a first dance that everyone enjoyed watching and celebrating.

After being rebuffed on a spontaneous first date, because Rachel had to watch the Bachelor, Michael persisted and planned a Saturday afternoon date at a local jazz festival. Since neither are noted Jazz lovers, they decided it was best to first meet for a drink at their neighborhood bar just in case the music wasn’t what they were looking for. So on a perfect fall Saturday, Michael and Rachel bonded over cocktails and improvised sax in Rosslyn, Virginia.
That fall, their dates became more frequent and more adventurous. Golfing. A haunted house. Annapolis. She cooked dinner. He returned the favor. He taught her about football. She taught him about cats. By Thanksgiving, Michael and Rachel were inseparable.
